Terms of Service

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Gooido platform, including our website, AI assistant, communication channels and related services. Gooido is an AI-powered destination platform operated by Moravia Investments LTD. By accessing or using Gooido, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. What Gooido Does
Gooido helps travel businesses deliver trusted local destination services in Thailand. Through our AI platform and local support network, Gooido enables hotels, travel agencies, airlines, ferry operators, travel communities, creators and other business partners to offer their customers destination guidance, local recommendations, booking assistance and customer support. Travelers may interact with Gooido directly or through one of our business partners.
3. Our Services
Depending on your interaction with Gooido, our services may include: AI-powered destination assistance, travel recommendations, booking assistance, local destination information, customer support, communication with service providers, concierge services, and digital travel assistance. Some services may not be available in every destination or through every business partner.
4. Business Partner Services
Many Gooido services are delivered on behalf of hotels, travel agencies, travel communities, concierge providers and other business partners. When you use Gooido through one of our partners, certain information and communications may be shared with that partner where necessary to provide the requested service.
5. Third-Party Providers
Many travel services available through Gooido are operated by independent third-party providers. These providers are responsible for delivering their own services, including tours, transportation, attractions, accommodation, activities, and other travel-related services. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Gooido does not own, operate or control these services.
6. Artificial Intelligence
Artificial intelligence is an essential part of the Gooido platform. AI technologies are used to understand customer requests, answer questions, recommend destinations and experiences, retrieve travel information, assist with bookings, support business partners, and improve customer experience. Although Gooido makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate information, AI-generated responses may occasionally contain inaccuracies, incomplete information or outdated content. Users should independently verify important travel information before making travel decisions.
7. Human Support
Where additional assistance is required, conversations may be transferred from Gooido's AI to a member of our support team. This allows customers to continue the same conversation without repeating previously provided information.
8. Booking Requests
Submitting a booking request does not create a confirmed reservation. Bookings become confirmed only after confirmation has been provided by Gooido or the relevant supplier. Availability, schedules and pricing may change until confirmation.
9. Pricing
Prices presented through Gooido are provided for convenience and may change without prior notice. Final pricing is confirmed only when a booking has been accepted by the relevant supplier or confirmed by Gooido.
10. Payments
Payments may be processed by Gooido or by authorized third-party payment providers. Additional payment conditions may apply depending on the selected service.
11. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation, amendment and refund policies are determined by the supplier responsible for providing the booked service. Where appropriate, Gooido will assist customers in communicating with suppliers, but Gooido cannot override supplier policies.
12. User Responsibilities
By using Gooido, you agree to: provide accurate information, use the platform only for lawful purposes, respect applicable laws and regulations, avoid misuse of the platform, and avoid interfering with the operation or security of Gooido.
13. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property associated with Gooido, including software, AI workflows, technology, branding, trademarks, logos, graphics, content, databases, documentation and platform design, remains the exclusive property of Moravia Investments LTD, unless otherwise stated. Nothing in these Terms grants users ownership of any Gooido intellectual property.
14. Platform Availability
While Gooido aims to provide reliable services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the platform where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance or service improvements.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gooido shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from: the use of the platform, reliance on AI-generated information, services delivered by independent third-party providers, delays, cancellations or disruptions beyond Gooido's reasonable control, weather conditions, transportation disruptions or force majeure events. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
16. Privacy
Your use of Gooido is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Gooido, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed in accordance with that Privacy Policy.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology or legal requirements. The latest version will always be published on this page. Continued use of Gooido after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
18. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to Moravia Investments LTD, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
